Refracted Light

What looks impossible from here is easy for you
And life looks forever but one day it must end
Summer down under while we're really cold
And I see the sunrise while you see it set

We're both a day older but neither might be wiser
Looking for direction waiting for what we already know
The world looks different depending where you are
But somethings never change they stay the same
